The Association for Support of Graduate Students is sole owner of information collected on the ASGS.org website. We collect only information you voluntarily provide such as your blog name, blog posts, purchase data, and email address. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. You may discontinue contact with ASGS at any time and ask us to delete any information we have about you.
We take precautions to protect your information (e.g., email, purchase data, blog name, etc.). When you purchase a Dissertation News article to read, your payment information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way through Paypal.
The ASGS website contains links to other sites useful to graduate students. Please be mindful that we aren’t responsible for the content or privacy practices of these linked sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the ASGS site for other sites, and to read their privacy statements.
ASGS has provided online information to graduate students since 1995, and stridently protects the identities and private information of all who use our site. Because we aren’t affiliated with another institution or organization, we retain complete control over all user information on the ASGS website and can guarantee its anonymity and security.
