| ASGS accepts no advertising from any other organization and has no affiliation with any institution of higher learning or other organization. We are a completely independent provider of services to graduate students, and all our business services are completely confidential. |

ASGS web page privacy policy is as follows:

| 1. We collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. |
| 2. We do not use "cookies" or other techniques to collect personal information about you without your knowledge. |
| 3. We do not share your information with any outside organization. |
| 4. We collect no information for commercial marketing purposes other than what you provide on the ASGS order form for purchasing Thesis News bulletins or thesis template disks. |
| 5. We do not sell the ASGS email forum (Doc-Talk) list to any other entity. |
| 6. If we publish Doc-talk archives to which you've contributed, your name and identifying information will be removed, and you will be referred to as "An Anonymous Doc-talker." |
| 7. We do not keep track of your use of ASGS consultants unless you give us feedback about the quality of your experience. If you give us a testimonial about a consultant to use on our web page in the future, we will never use your name. If you complain about an ASGS consultant's poor service, we will pass on the complaint to the consultant without your name or any identifying information. |
